Accessibility: 
Wentz Concert Hall and Fine Arts Center and Meiley-Swallow Hall are fully accessible. Both buildings have elevator access as well as accessible seating on all levels. Access to Pfeiffer Hall is from the Brainard Street entrance to the building. Pfeiffer Hall does not have elevator access. Please mention any specific needs when making your reservations.

North Central College provides auxiliary aids and services to ensure effective communication for individuals with disabilities. Please mention any special requests when purchasing tickets to a performance. If a sign language interpreter is needed for a hearing impaired patron, this request must be made with the North Central College Box Office at least 14 days in advance of the performance.

Box Office Information:
The North Central College Box Office is located in the Wentz Concert Hall and Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Avenue. Regular business hours are 10 a.m to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and one hour before the show at the venue location. Call 630-637-SHOW (7469).

Please inquire about age appropriateness before bringing a child to any event.

Coat Check:
The coat check amenity is seasonally available in Wentz Concert Hall and Madden Theatre.

Concessions: 
Concessions are available on a show-by-show basis. No food or drink is permitted in any North Central performance spaces.
